Institute vice director in

1955 when he took 10

therefrom with him.

Next month, Tu got all technical details of each of 20 engineers at the company’s research institute. He reported to Wang Zheng in charge of communication troops in Beijing. In 1952 all the 20 were transferred to Beijing. In 1955 when missile insitute was founded, deputy chief Wang Zheng took 10 of them with him. All the 20 became China’s top by 1980’s.
