1952年9月涂作潮任上海黄河理工仪器厂(临潼路14号)公(国家)股代表-实为厂长.涂上任后即保释老板兼总工支秉彝.涂1953年底被冤枉撤职.支是40年莱比锡大学博士,46年携德国太太回国,国内数字化仪表研制第一人,76年在牛棚中研究并试验见字识码汉字编辑,1980年当选中科院院士.

From Sept 1952 to end 1953 TU was Di- rector of Yellow River Physi-Indus Ins- trument Works at 14 Lintong Rd. He bailed private owner and chief engineer ZHI Bingyi, a Leipzig University PhD in 1940.As 1^st man in China for digital ins- trument,ZHI began Chinese word pro- cessing in jail in 76.In 80 Dr Zhi became a Chinese Academy of Science fellow.
