1952年5月4日涂作潮在上海襄阳南路-南昌路市场17组167号摊贩处买了6只旧电子管,价55,000元,相当币制改革后的5元5角.1949年5月到1950年6月涂作潮任中央无线电和有线电公司军代表时经手的电子管成千上万.为避免公私不分的嫌疑,涂索要了这张发票.他湖南腔的上海话说的涂有时被误听为陶或唐.2004年家人发现了涂作潮夹在俄华字典中的这张发票。

On 4 May 1952 Tu bought 6 second-hand electronic tubes from Vendor 167, Group 17 at Xiangyang-Nanchang Road Market, Shanghai. From May 1949 to June 1950 he was military rep at Central Radio and Central Wire Commu- nication Companies having dealt with thousands of electronic tubes. For safety reason he asked for this invoice. In 2004 Tu’s kids found this invoice in his Russian-Chinese dictionary.
